Privacy Policy
Who we are
Case Help is a service operated by Wayco.
Case Help is a marketing and lead-generation service for personal-injury cases. When you submit our intake form, we use the information you give us to connect you with one of the independent law firms we work with. Case Help is not a law firm, is not a lawyer referral service, does not give legal advice, and does not evaluate the legal merits of any claim. This policy explains, in plain English, what information Wayco collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

How we handle your information
The sections below describe what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how we keep it, and the rights you have. If anything here is unclear, contact us using the details above.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us and information that is created when we work with you.
- Contact information — your name, phone number, and email address.
- Details about your incident and injury — what you enter on our intake form about your accident, how it happened, and your injuries. This can include health-related information (see “Sensitive information” below).
- Records of our communications — the messages, calls, and emails we exchange with you, including recordings and transcripts of calls with our intake assistant.
- Device and usage information — basic technical data such as your device type, browser, IP address, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use your information
- To connect you with one of the independent law firms we work with, at your request.
- To communicate with you about your request and answer your questions.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and intake process.
- To comply with the law and respond to valid legal requests.
Who we share it with
- The independent law firms we work with — we share the information you submit with an independent law firm so it can review your request and follow up with you. That is the whole point of submitting the form. Each firm then handles your information under its own privacy practices.
- Service providers — companies that help us run our services (for example messaging, hosting, and analytics providers). They act under contract and may use your information only to do that work for us.
- When the law requires it, or to respond to a valid legal request.
Sale or sharing of your information
When we pass your information to an independent law firm that pays us for the connection, some state privacy laws treat that as a “sale” or “share” of your personal information — even though we are not selling your information in the everyday sense. You have the right to opt out.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out, email us at info@wayco.ai or call +18482810033 and tell us you want to opt out.
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) — a signal your browser or a browser extension can send automatically that tells websites not to sell or share your information. If we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out.
Sensitive information
The intake form asks about your injuries, which can include health information. Some state laws treat health and other categories as “sensitive” and require your clear permission before it is collected or shared. By choosing to enter this information and submit the form, you consent to us collecting it and sharing it with an independent law firm so that firm can review your request. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at info@wayco.ai.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data
The promise above is specific to your text-message (SMS) opt-in data and consent, and it is separate from the lead-sharing described earlier in this policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS communications
You can give consent to receive text messages on our web forms, or verbally during a call with our intake assistant. Opting in is never required to submit the form. If you opt in, here is what to expect.
- appointment reminders
- intake follow-ups
- case status updates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@wayco.ai. For the full text-message terms, see our SMS Terms.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is fully secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of it (see above).
You can make a request in either of two ways: email us at info@wayco.ai or call us at +18482810033. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you and may extend once when reasonably necessary. If we deny your request, you may appeal that decision by replying to us or contacting us again, and we will review it. Using your rights will never cause us to treat you unfairly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Please check back for the latest version.
