Legal Notices & Disclaimers
Who we are
Case Help is a service operated by Wayco (169 Madison Ave).
Case Help is a marketing and lead-generation service for personal-injury cases. In plain terms, that means our job is to help people who were hurt in an accident get connected with a law firm that may be able to help them. When you submit our intake form, we use the information you give us to connect you with one of the independent law firms we work with.
Case Help is not a law firm. We are not lawyers, we are not a lawyer referral service, we do not give legal advice, and we do not decide whether your claim is strong or weak (we do not evaluate the legal merits of any claim). Using this website or submitting our intake form does not make us your lawyers.
The law firms we work with
The attorneys who may contact you are from independent law firms we work with — separate businesses that we do not own or control. We are still building out the network of independent law firms we work with, so the firms available may change over time. Each firm makes its own decision about whether to take a case, and each firm is responsible for its own legal work and its own advertising.
No attorney-client relationship
Contacting Case Help, using this website, or submitting the intake form does not create an attorney-client relationship (a formal, confidential relationship between you and a lawyer who has agreed to represent you). An attorney-client relationship with one of the independent law firms is created only if you and that firm sign a written agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information expecting it to be protected as if a lawyer already represented you.
Not legal advice
Everything on this website is for general information only and is not legal advice. Laws differ from state to state and every situation is different, so you should talk to a licensed attorney about your specific circumstances before you rely on anything here.
Fees & costs
Case Help does not charge you anything to be connected with a law firm. Many personal-injury attorneys work on what is called a contingency fee — often described as “no fee unless we win.” That means the attorney’s fee is a percentage of any money you recover, and if there is no recovery there is no attorney fee.
Any “no fee unless we win” promise is made by the independent attorney you hire, not by Case Help. Even in a “no fee unless we win” matter, you may still be responsible for case costs and expenses (for example court filing fees, expert witnesses, or obtaining medical records) regardless of the outcome. Ask the attorney to explain, in writing, exactly which fees and costs you could owe.
No guarantee of results
We cannot promise that a law firm will take your case or that any case will succeed. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Past case results depend on facts that are unique to each matter.
Emergencies
Case Help is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or are in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.
